Introduction

798 Art Zone in Dashanzi area of Chaoyang District, Beijing, was originally an old factory area of state-owned 798 factory and other electronic industries. Its Bauhaus-style factory buildings have been favored by artists. The integration of these idle factories with modern art has made 798 Art Zone a hub of art in Beijing. It combines galleries, cultural companies, bars and shops, forming a diverse cultural space filled with a strong artistic atmosphere, and various exhibitions are held here throughout the year.
