There is a different atmosphere of fireworks here, Guizhou's hidden alley recommendations

To search for the most lively side of a city, it must be its deep alleys. And Guiyang has quite a few such small alleys, let's take a look together.

Yu Jia Lane

The end of Yujia Alley is Qianling East Road, without obvious signs, it's easy to miss. The entrance is next to the Yuebao Bar. During the day, Yujia Alley doesn't have much features, many trash bins are "hidden" here, and it looks like there are few people. But at night, it becomes the most popular gathering place for artistic young people in Guiyang. For several years, two bars with different styles appeared in Yujia Alley, which quickly made Yujia Alley popular. One is called Hobos, the other is called Cocktail, and there is another one called Tripsmith, a bar that brews its own beer. Nowadays, Hobos has moved, Tripsmith is still there, and there are also Dream Bar and Huajian Xiaozhuo in the alley, which are all popular attractions for out-of-town people living in Guiyang.

Humen Lane

Hu Men Xiang intersects with Yu Jia Xiang. In the past, people from Guiyang referred to this alley as "Mao Mao Xiang". It is filled with down-to-earth delicacies, such as grilled meat, ice powder, beef noodle soup, and braised dishes. It's hard not to salivate while walking along the way. Hu Men Xiang is connected to Shanxi Road, and at the entrance of the alley on Shanxi Road stands a prominent red archway with the words "Heping Neighborhood Hu Men Xiang Community".

Radio Street

There are three entrances to Diantai Street: one from Wenbi Street in Yunyan District, Guiyang City, one from the middle section of Wenchang North Road, and one from Wenchang Pavilion. There are several unique shops and the nationally protected cultural heritage site, Wenchang Pavilion.

Cuiwei Alley

The alley is short, but Wang Yangming once wrote a poem here. Entering from the entrance of Xinhua Road, you can see Guiyang landmarks Jiaxiu Tower and Cuiwei Garden. Walking along the Nanming River can relax your mood, with egrets flying overhead. Some out-of-towners say it's more comfortable than walking by West Lake. When passing through Jiaxiu Tower, be sure to go to the opposite side of the Jiaxiu Tower archway in Xihuxiang for "Baozheng," which is a typical delicious food in Guiyang.
