Introducción

Yuquan Temple, also known as Chongning Temple, is located at the foot of Tianjing Mountain in the northern part of Tianshui City. It is named after the clear and secluded Yuquan Spring on the mountain, and is one of the famous Taoist temples in China. The temple was founded in the Yuan Dynasty, and most of the existing buildings were rebuilt in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Among them, the "Yuquan Fairy Cave" in the Yuquan Temple is one of the eight scenic spots in Qinzhou. It is said to be the place where the three real people of Lu, Liang, and Ma were seated and buried. On the 9th day of the first lunar month every year, the locals celebrate the Yuquan Temple at the temple fair, which is very lively. In addition, the temple houses 47 ancient steles, 11 stone tablets, and 34 brick carvings, which have high historical value. The most precious one is the Yuan Dynasty Si Mian Dao Liu stele, which has clear characters and detailed content. It is praised by cultural relic experts as a "national" stone tablet. There is also a rare square cursive poem stele by the Yuan Dynasty calligrapher Zhao Mengfu.
