Booking a highly rated hotel, the owner had excellent English skills. Upon arrival, he prepared two glasses of chilled coconut juice for us and provided a map and travel guide before we even checked in. Although there were minor differences from the Lonely Planet guidebook, there were no discrepancies in the main attractions. Thus began our journey in Luang Prabang.

About 10 kilometers from the center of Luang Prabang, we finished packing and took a walk before waiting at the hotel's arranged location for the shuttle to arrive (which costs $4 per person). Although the hotel restaurant was a bit expensive, the food was good, especially the soup. It had the perfect balance of sourness and spiciness, giving a refreshing feeling.
The service is excellent and there are abundant supporting tourism resources. The owner can help to coordinate with Daguanxi Waterfall, making it a highly rated homestay.
The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was very satisfying. The hotel has complete facilities with a large parking lot, and the rooms are clean and tidy with mostly wooden furniture. The bed is large and comfortable to sleep in, and the staff are very enthusiastic.
