This tourist area was built in the 1970s, located on a barren mountain by the Yellow River 20 kilometers northwest of Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province. It is a great place to admire the Yellow River scenery, not only the starting point of the "hanging river" on land, but also the boundary between the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River. Currently, the scenic area has built several attractions, such as the Yanhuang Emperors, Wulong Peak, Yuexiu Temple, Dayu Mountain, Geological Museum, Yellow River Tablet Forest, Yellow River First Bridge, etc. In addition, visitors can also enjoy various pleasures on amusement facilities such as the Yellow River Cableway, amphibious air cushion boats, and Wandesford Slide. Transportmittel Take bus No.18 or No.16 (tourist) and get off at Huanghe Scenic Area (bus stop). It's about a 15-minute walk from there.
