Introduction

Melbourne has a famous landmark - the Melbourne Arts Centre, which has been around for over 20 years. The Melbourne Arts Centre started construction in 1973, was completed in 1982, and officially opened in 1984, becoming the preferred venue for large music concerts, plays, and dance performances. The entire centre is divided into three parts, first is the 162-meter-high spire theatre, a six-story building with five floors underground, which includes a large theatre, performance hall, and multi-functional experimental theatre, with indigenous artworks displayed in the performance hall. Second is the Melbourne Music Hall, and finally the Victoria National Art Gallery (International Gallery). Tourists can participate in theatre and backstage tours to gain a deeper understanding of the Melbourne Arts Centre.
