Introduction

This building, ranked third on Forbes' ugliest building list, is full of surprises inside. The museum is built in honor of Jimi Hendrix, a local rock star from Seattle who showed stunning performances on the international stage in the 60s. Apart from the Jimi Hendrix exhibition, the museum also collects various exhibits, and has a sound lab where visitors can freely play and practice their musical skills. Impressive is the sculpture of musical instruments, "If Ⅵ Was Ⅸ," which is displayed on the first floor of the museum. This towering sculpture assembled with countless instruments will ignite your passion and make you boil inside.
