Introduction

The Parliament Building, located on Parliament Hill in the province of Quebec, is in the Second Empire style. Built in 1877 and completed in 1886, it is designed in exquisite French Renaissance style, with a magnificent and gorgeous appearance similar to the Palace of Versailles in Europe, making it unforgettable. The niches on the front of the building feature 22 bronze statues commemorating those who made outstanding contributions to Quebec's history. Although the history of the Parliament Building is not particularly long, its magnificent architecture and statue group contain immeasurable historical value.

From June 24 to the first Monday of September: Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30, Saturday and Sunday 9:30-16:30
From the first Tuesday of September to June 23 of the next year: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00, closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Transportation

Take bus routes 3, 28, 800, 801, etc. to the Colline Parlementaire stop, and walk for about 4 minutes to arrive. From the Chateau Frontenac hotel, it takes about 15 minutes to walk.
