Introduction

Ullswater is located in the north of the Lake District and ranks second in size within the area. Compared to other Lake District attractions, Ullswater's transportation is inconvenient, resulting in fewer tourists. However, the clear blue lake and the surrounding mountains make Ullswater one of the most beautiful and mysterious lakes in the area, known as a "Shangri-La." The famous lakeside poet William Wordsworth loved Ullswater and often came here for inspiration, writing many classic works.
