Introduction

This botanical garden was originally conceived by Professor John Henslow and Charles Darwin's mentor and teacher, and is now listed as a heritage site. The garden brings together 8,000 species of plants from around the world, including 40 acres of beautiful gardens and greenhouses. In addition, cafes and shops are open year-round.
