There are 2-3 buses from Athens Bus Terminal (KIFISOU) to Zakynthos every day. You can also take a fast ferry from the pier to Shipwreck Cove or rent a yacht to get there. Alternatively, you can take a ferry from Athens to Patra Station (every 30 minutes) and the pier is opposite the station.
