Introduction

On the road from Guglielmo to Avanos, you will find an abandoned giant Stone House, the Great Pigeon House Church. This church, built on the mountain, can be freely climbed by tourists, and from here you can go on a hiking tour to the Rose Valley and the Red Valley. Next to the Great Pigeon House Church is one of the oldest churches in Cappadocia - St. John's Church.
