Introduction

Titus Flavius Domitianus, also known as Domitian, was the last emperor of the ancient Roman Empire's Flavian dynasty. During his reign, he displayed a cruel personality and was known as a "tyrant". He ascended to the throne in 81 AD and remained emperor until his assassination by hostile senators in 96 AD. These assailants included his steward, the guards, and his ex-wife. It is said that Domitian was predicted to die at around four o'clock that day through astrology, which made him restless throughout the day. In the morning, he repeatedly asked his attendants for the time, and his bribed attendant answered multiple times, "It's already six o'clock!" Domitian mistakenly thought that time had already passed, and he was very happy, so he went to his study to meet with visitors. However, this gave the assassins an opportunity to strike. After Domitian's death, the temple was also destroyed.
