Introduction
The Fountain of Turaç located in the western Turkish city of Ephesus is one of the most beautiful ancient landmarks in the city. Built in the 2nd century AD, it was dedicated to the second emperor of the ancient Roman Empire, Antoninus Pius. The statue of Turaç stands in the center of the pool, providing a glimpse of the magnificence of ancient royalty. The water tank of the fountain is 20 meters long and 10 meters wide, surrounded by columns and sculptures, presenting a grand scene.
