Introduction

The name of Rose Valley vividly depicts the distant scene of the valley. Streams, floods, and frost cause rocks to crack, and the softer parts are eroded away, forming a unique lunar-like landscape. There are many cone-shaped, pyramid-shaped, and spire-shaped wonders in the valley, some of which are called "fairy chimneys": the wind blows through the valley, and sand comes rushing towards you, making you feel insignificant and marvel at the fleeting nature of things.
