Introduction

The National Coach Museum in Lisbon is Portugal's most popular tourist attraction. It was once the location of the Royal Riding Academy and now displays the largest collection of carriages in the world, as well as cars belonging to the royal family. The museum showcases various items from the 16th to the 19th century, fully reproducing the history of carriage development. During this period, Portugal's international influence was unprecedented, the country was powerful, and the nobility lived extremely luxurious lives, resulting in the exquisite craftsmanship of their carriages.

Opening hours
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-18:00, last admission time 17:30. Closed on Monday, January 1st, May 1st, and Easter Sunday. Due to shift handover during lunch break, the venue may be closed between 12:00-14:00.

Take bus line 15E to the Belém station, then transfer to bus line 728 and get off at the Estação Fluvial de Belém station.
