Introduction

M. C. Escher was a Dutch artist known for incorporating mathematical elements such as fractals, self-referentiality, stacking, symmetry, etc. into his works. The Escher Museum is located in The Hague, Netherlands, in the former winter palace of the queen. The museum houses all of Escher's works, including famous pieces like Day and Night, Waterfall, etc.
Opening hours
Closed on April 27, December 25 and January 1. Open Tuesday to Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Transportation
The Den Haag Central Station is within walking distance after leaving the train station.
