Oude Haven, built in 1350, is one of the oldest ports in Rotterdam, and has undergone centuries of historical changes, becoming a modern area. There are numerous bars and restaurants here, and the nightlife is rich, but it also retains some elements of the old ports. Here, you can still see traditional barges and more modern yachts moored next to the harbor.
