Introduction

The Nuremberg Old Town Hall, built in the 17th century, is a Renaissance-style building with elegant design. In 1954, the New Town Hall was completed, located between the Town Hall Square and the Main Market Square. St. Sebaldus Church, built in the 13th century, is one of the oldest cathedrals in Nuremberg. The church was originally in Romanesque style and underwent Gothic and Baroque renovations. Many religious figures are carved on the exterior walls. The church is named after the patron saint of Nuremberg, St. Sebaldus, an 8th-century hermit and missionary.
