Introduction

In West Berlin, there is a major commercial street on the side of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, showcasing the vitality and charm of a modern metropolis. This street is called Kurfürstendamm or "Ku'damm", jokingly referred to as "Underpants Avenue" by Chinese tourists. Kurfürstendamm is lined with numerous shops and also houses various buildings and museums. Among them, the Berlin Story Museum at 207 Kurfürstendamm is creatively designed and exhibits are fascinating, vividly showcasing the city's history.
