Introduction
Berliner Dom is a Lutheran cathedral in Berlin, Germany. It was built between 1894 and 1905 and served as the main imperial church of the House of Hohenzollern, the ruling dynasty of the German Empire. Located in the eastern part of Museum Island in central Berlin, the interior of the cathedral is adorned with intricate columns, beautiful murals, and gilded capitals. The building has four levels and reaches a height of 114 meters. Although Berliner Dom is sometimes mistakenly translated as "Berlin Cathedral" in English, it is not an actual cathedral and does not have a bishop. The nearby St. Hedwig's Cathedral on Bebelplatz is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Berlin. Address Am Lustgarten 1, 10178 Berlin MITTE
