The old town of Poznań is not only home to various churches, but also boasts numerous cafes and bars where people can enjoy the unique tranquil atmosphere, sipping on cold beers and sharing moments of joy with friends. The Royal Castle of Poznań is particularly distinctive, built by King Przemysł II in 1290 and later rebuilt in the late 18th century. It is now one of the most famous symbols of the Poznań old town, and standing on its walls offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful scenery of the entire old town area.
