Introduction
Barbican is a semi-circular defensive structure located between the Warsaw Old Town and New Town. The buildings of the fortification were severely damaged due to war. After the war, the government decided to fund the restoration of this ancient building from 1952 to 1954, restoring its former glory. Now, Barbican has become a well-known tourist attraction, attracting a large number of visitors for sightseeing. Opening hours Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00-20:00
Closed on Mondays. Winter exhibitions are closed.
