Introduction
The Seven Star Chai Yu Museum is a result of over 20 years of the Chai Yu factory's existence. In order to preserve the fishing culture and heritage of the old buildings, we have invested 20 million NTD in renovation and planning, using modern decorations and displays. Here, you can experience the glory of the factory and learn about the process of making Chai Yu. Of course, the transmission of culture requires professional guides to provide tour services. In addition to introducing the Chai Yu production process and varieties, our guides will also introduce the history of the entire fishing village and the unique fishing characteristics of the Seven Star Tan coast, combining history, local culture, life, and food, making it an ecological museum in the community. We believe that the collection of artifacts and signage are just tools for embellishment and assistance, and the transmission of culture relies on professional guides.
