Introduction

Lin Tian Shan Forestry Cultural Park is located in Fenglin Township, Hualien County. It used to be a forestry farm under the management of the Hualien Forestry District Office. Covering an area of 13.9 hectares, the park is situated in a river valley. During the Japanese colonial period, it was a place for inns and pulp production. Today, the Forestry Bureau plans to develop and transform Lin Tian Shan in stages, with a focus on low-density development and cultural forest recreation. The goal is to create a leisure and cultural facility that complements the downstream power plant of Wanli River, attracting visitors to experience the rich cultural and recreational ambiance of Lin Tian Shan.
