Introduction
Although Jialeshui is no longer under the jurisdiction of Kenting National Park, it is still listed as one of the recommended attractions by the management office due to its unique geological landscape and natural wonders. It is named "Jialeshui Scenic Area" by the Manzhou Township Office. Originally known as "Gaoluoshui," it refers to the mountain and sea waterfall at the end of the trail. Former President Chiang Ching-kuo renamed it "Jialeshui" and named the unnamed mountain and sea waterfall. Jialeshui is a rare rocky coast on the Hengchun Peninsula, with a total length of about 2.5 kilometers. The Pacific Ocean has eroded many unique and extraordinary formations, such as sea frog rocks, rabbit stones, ball stones, grid stones, and chessboard stones, making it known as the "paradise of sea gods." Visitors can enjoy coral reef landscapes at the entrance and sandstone coast in the later section. Tourists can take a tour bus to admire the unique rocks and the driver will provide explanations. In the evening, fishing boats, anglers, and peculiar rocks create a beautiful scene. Many people enjoy walking along the coast. The fish resources here are abundant, and various types of fish can be seen in the cracks and pools of the intertidal zone and coastal areas. As the Kuroshio Current flows along the coast, large migratory fish often pass through this area, making it an ideal spot for fishing. Walking to the end of the trail, you can see the mountain stream flowing down through the mountain and sea cliff. Following the coastline northwards, you can reach the Chufeng Gu Grassland.
