Introduction
Many old military dependents' villages have been renovated in recent years, and the traditional form of these villages has changed. As part of Taiwan's modern history, more and more people are starting to appreciate the historical significance of these villages, as they are a collective memory of an entire community. The Military Dependents' Village Cultural Center, located south of Lianchi Lake, was once the activity center of the Haisheng Village and the clinic of the Haiguang Village.
