Introduction

A large bell-shaped stupa, located in the central area of Sukhothai Historical Park, was built in 1412 in the Sri Lankan style. The unique feature of this stupa is its base, which is supported by 24 white elephants. Additionally, there is a small temple ruins called Wat Chang Lom, located near Wat Son Khao in the southern part of the central area. It features a brick chedi from the early 15th century, with a square base surrounded by 24 elephants made of plastered bricks. Admission is required to visit these sites.
