Introduction
Kegon Falls, located in Nikko National Park in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, is one of the "Three Great Waterfalls of Japan". Sourced from Lake Chuzenji, the waterfall cascades down along one of the tributaries of the Daiya River, creating a magnificent and awe-inspiring sight. Designated as a national treasure of Japan in 1931, and included in Japan's Geoparks in 2007, Kegon Falls attracts numerous visitors every year, especially during spring and autumn when it combines with tulips and autumn leaves to create a breathtaking and harmonious scenery.
