New Life Hill Observation Park is located on the way from the center of Biei to Takushin Museum in Biei Town. It is an excellent spot to enjoy panoramic views of the countryside and Mt. Tokachi. In addition to lavender in summer, there are also sunflowers, poppies, and other flowers to admire. It is a great place for walking or cycling while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
