Introduction

JR Tower, a 160-meter high building in Sapporo, has become an iconic landmark after 25 years of construction. Its T38 observation deck, located on the 38th floor, offers visitors a panoramic 360-degree view of the beautiful scenery of Sapporo. From the north side, one can observe the takeoff and landing of airplanes, while the night view is particularly beloved by couples.
