Introduction

Chenguan Museum is located on a slightly elevated hill, surrounded by dense trees. Here, you can not only appreciate precious artworks, but also take a stroll in the outdoor garden and enjoy the excellent scenery of Hakone up close. The museum houses a collection of about 4,000 masterpieces by renowned domestic artists such as Ikuo Hirayama, Kunito Yamamoto, and Yasuzo Masumura. During the regular exhibition period, around 100 artworks are displayed in rotation four times a year for visitors to appreciate up close. In the teahouse, you can experience the charm of Hakone and admire the iconic landscapes.
