Introduction

Rizal Boulevard is a landmark in Dumaguete where tourists and locals often come to enjoy the sea view or stroll around. During the day, visitors can see the deep blue sea from the boulevard and reach the famous I Love Dumaguete colorful sign at the end of the coast. Walking further, they can get to Dumaguete Port where boats are heading to Siquijor and other destinations.
