Introduction

The Nagoya City Science Museum is located in the Shirakawa Park in the Chuo Ward of Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It is a science museum established by the municipal government to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the city government. Its predecessor was an observatory, which was established in 1962, and a science and technology center was opened in 1964.
