Introduction

Gero Onsen is one of Japan's oldest hot springs, and is known as one of the three great hot springs of Japan along with Arima Onsen and Kusatsu Onsen. It is located in Gero City, Gifu Prefecture, and is surrounded by the mountains of Southern Hida.
