Introduction
Banteay Srei and Angkor Wat were built in the same period. Despite being looted multiple times, Banteay Srei has been extensively restored and remains in quite good condition. It consists of a central temple and four side shrines, along with a corridor and two libraries, with the well-preserved sections located in the south. All the structures are surrounded by two concentric walls, and unlike other ancient buildings, it also has an inner moat, although unfortunately, it has now dried up. Banteay Srei temple is located 400 meters east of the Eastern Baray, along the road to the Queen's Palace, in the village of Pradak. Address Banteay Samré, Route 66, Siem Reap, Cambodia
