Introduction

Located in the area of Songjiang River in the western foothills of Changbai Mountain, Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area is one of the most spectacular and representative areas with volcanic landforms in the Four Slopes. The development of this scenic area is relatively late, following modern tourism concepts with less architecture and more nature, and still retains its original beautiful natural scenery.

Members of China Photographers Association, China Art Photographers Association, China News Photographers Association, and Jilin Province Photographers Association. Tourists who purchase tickets for the Northern and Western scenic areas can enter for free within 5 days with valid IDs (ID card, passport, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan ID card, military ID, temporary ID).

Transportation

1. From July 1st to October 8th every year, traffic restrictions are in place. Visitors must take shuttle buses from the transfer centers to the entrance, and then take eco-buses to various scenic spots. 2. Available transportation options in Changbai Mountain include ride-hailing cars, self-driving cars, private cars, tourist buses, and taxis.
