Introduction

Baoyan Ecological Sightseeing Park is located in Baoyan Bay at the southern foot of Yushan, between the green valleys of Cangshan, occupying an area of 109 hectares. The park’s forests are magnificent, mainly consisting of natural mixed forests, and there are also ecological parks for forest plants such as fruit and tea three-dimensional cultivation parks, fruit tree boutique parks, ornamental bamboo variety parks, and bayberry variety parks, as well as scenic sites such as Fuhai Pool, Baoyan Garden, Jiefu Stone, and “Falling Star Stone”. Visitors can experience the folk custom of "going to Baoyan to see bayberry" that has been passed down for over 900 years. Now, clean brick pedestrian paths have been laid in the park, and the “Wangmei Bridge” has been built with Yushan green bamboo as the entrance. The natural beauty of the bayberry trees and bamboo forests in the park is breathtaking, and there is also the famous Baoyan Temple in Jiangnan. The Baoyan Ecological Sightseeing Park covers an area of 1500 mu and is an important attraction of Yushan National Forest Park. There are now sights for planting sightseeing parks, fruit tree boutique parks, ornamental bamboo variety parks, bayberry gardens, bamboo seas, and maple forests, as well as ancient tombs of famous people such as Zeng Pu, Weng Tonghe, Qian Qianyi, Liu Rushi, etc. The transportation is convenient, and everyone is welcome to come and play.
