Introduction

Yushan National Forest Park is located on the beautiful Shajiabang and Yangcheng Lake, known as a brilliant green pearl and a famous tourist destination in the Jiangnan region. The park is located in the southeast end of Changshu City, adjacent to Shanghu, with its mountains and lake reflecting each other. It is praised as "seven streams flowing into the sea and ten miles of green mountains half entering the city." In 1982, Yushan was listed as one of the important scenic spots in Taihu Scenic Area, a national key scenic spot; in March 1989, it became a national forest park approved by the National Planning Commission and the Ministry of Forestry. The natural landscapes in the park include cliffs, caves, springs, and forests, with Jianmen strange rocks, Changshu fields, Lao Shidong, Xiaoshidong, Qinbojian, Taoyuanjian, etc. In addition, the park also has cultural landscapes, such as Qiliang Xingfu Temple, Southern Song Dynasty Weimo Temple (now expanded into Weimo Resort), Liang Zhaoming Prince's Reading Platform, Southern Song Dynasty Xinfeng Pavilion, and so on. In addition, the park also preserves many celebrity tombstones since the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, such as Zhong Yong's Tomb, Yanzi's Tomb in the Spring and Autumn Period, Huang Gongwang's Tomb, Qian Qianyi's Tomb, and his concubine Liusi's Tomb, etc. These celebrity tombs are an important part of Changshu's historical and cultural heritage and an important cultural heritage in the region.
