Introduction
The Jiangnan Great Wall is an ancient battlefield during the period of Qi Jiguang's resistance against Japanese invasion. The scenic area contains numerous historical sites, such as the Wengcheng (literally "jar city"), the Daitai (enemy tower), the Chenglou (city tower), and the Tiantan (heavenly altar). According to historical records, the hollow enemy tower of the northern Great Wall is related to the Liuhai Great Wall (constructed by Qi Jiguang), thus the Liuhai Great Wall is also known as the "Jiangnan Badaling", and the two walls are inseparably linked.
