The Wu-Yue Ancient Road is approximately 35 kilometers long and was the main communication channel between the Wu-Yue region (now Lin'an in Hangzhou) and the Southern Tang dynasty (Ningguo in Xuancheng) during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period.
