Introduction

SanSheng Palace, also known as Longquan Temple, is a temple located on the shore of Longquan Lake. The temple is a small courtyard in a quadrangle style, with the main hall to the north dedicated to the Dragon King, the west hall to Guanyin, the south tower to the carpenter ancestor Sun Bin, and the east tower directly entering the water. There are galleries on three sides, offering visitors a panoramic view. Legend has it that in ancient times, some literati and ink artists often came here to enjoy the moon on the night of the full moon, thus forming the legend of "Longmen Watching the Moon". The temple was first built during the Longqing period of the Ming Dynasty by the Mudong Tusi, and was renovated in 1983.
