Introduction

Shanghai Songhu Anti-Japanese War Memorial is located at No.1 Friendship Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai. It was completed in January 2000 and officially opened in March of the same year. The memorial mainly showcases the two major battles that occurred in Shanghai during the Anti-Japanese War - the "1.28" and "8.13" Songhu Anti-Japanese War, as well as the 14-year history of the people of Shanghai in the Anti-Japanese War.
