Introduction

The Bund Meteorological Signal Tower, also known as the Bund Observatory, is one of the famous buildings on the Bund. It now serves as a historical exhibit for tourists to showcase its history. The second floor has been transformed into a cafe, while the third floor is a circular platform with railings that overlooks the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River and the North and South Bund. On a winter night, taking a boat tour of the Bund may make you feel cold, but the Bund Meteorological Signal Tower is a great place to enjoy the night view of the Bund. There is a nostalgic bar on the second floor of the observatory, with old Shanghai photos and photos of stars from the 1930s hanging on the walls. On the top floor, a platform allows you to enjoy coffee, drinks, and the bustling development of Pudong to the east and the Jingling Road to the west, while holding a warm drink and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Bund, making it the perfect choice for winter night viewing.
