Introduction

Tianhuangping is a provincial scenic spot located in the southeast of Anji County, about 17 kilometers away from the county town. The scenic area has three sub-areas, namely the Power Station area, the Bamboo Forest area, and the Lingfeng area. The scenic area covers an area of about 23 square kilometers, with diverse landscapes including abundant natural and cultural landscapes. The Daxi Gorge in the Power Station area has a depth of about 9 kilometers, with high mountains on both sides and the Daxi River in the valley flowing into the lower reservoir. The vast plateau at the top is the Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Power Station project, the largest in China and the third largest in the world. The scenic area has dense bamboo forests and streams running through them. In the Lingfeng area, there is a well-known bamboo garden, bamboo museum, and the thousand-year-old Lingfeng Temple.
