Introduction

- Jinshan was originally an island in the center of the Yangtze River, but in the late Qing Dynasty of Emperor Guangxu, the river moved northward, connecting Jinshan with the southern land. Today, Jinshan Temple is one of the most prominent attractions in the area. - Looking at Jinshan from afar, we can see Jinshan Temple standing there, but the outline of the mountain is difficult to discern, so there is a legend that "Jinshan Temple wraps the mountain." The golden glazed tiles make Jinshan Temple look very magnificent, and climbing the tower can overlook the beautiful scenery of the whole Jinshan. - Many well-known stories such as Bai Niangzi flooding Jinshan and Liang Hongyu fighting Jinshan with drums have taken place here. - Every year on December 31st, there will be a grand bell-ringing prayer event at the Buddhist square of Jinshan Temple, and from June to August every year, there will be a lotus flower exhibition here.
