4.5

Introduction

There is an ancient bridge on the Qingni River 4 kilometers west of the city of Xuchang, called the Baling Bridge, which was once known as the Ba Li Bridge. Legend has it that the famous Three Kingdoms general Guan Yu bid farewell to Cao Cao from this bridge and became widely known. The bridge is a three-hole bluestone bridge, more than 3 meters above the water surface, with a wide bridge deck that can accommodate two cars side by side. The bridge is about 90 meters long, with green trees on both sides, and pleasant scenery. There is also a stone monument called "The Place Where Han Wu Di Picked His Robe" standing by the bridge, which is said to have been erected by the Ming Dynasty general Zuo Liangyu.
