The park has a background of 23,000 acres of beautiful tea gardens, integrating the diverse cultures and authentic ethnic traditions of ethnic minorities such as the Lahu, Wa, Blang, Hani, and Dai. It showcases the long history and rich culture of Pu'er tea. The park is divided into nine parts: Pu'er Tea Museum, Village Village, Pu'er Tea Workshop, Jiahuangfang, Tea Ancestor Temple, Shengshi Yipin, Tea-picking area, Teahouse, and Leisure House.
