Introduction

Shidao Management Zone in Rongcheng City, located at the easternmost point of Shandong Peninsula, is named after its unique red rocks. The Shidao Chishan Scenic Area includes mountains, sea, lakes, and harbors, with the most representative being the Chishan Fahuayuan, a thousand-year-old monastery and pilgrimage site for many seeking blessings, especially popular among tourists from Korea and Japan. In addition, visitors can enjoy the world's largest sea god statue - Chishan Daming Shen, and climb up to the observation deck of the god's seated statue to overlook the scenic coast. If you love music and water performances, you can also visit the first-ever Guanyin Dynamic Music Fountain Square - the Pure Land of Bodhisattva, where you can enjoy exquisite Guanyin water fountain performances and the magical atmosphere created by the combination of scenery and music. Public transportation: The scenic area is located on the outskirts of Rongcheng city and has tourist shuttle buses available. The shuttle buses run from Rongcheng to Shidao (7 yuan/person) and from the development zone to Shidao (1 yuan/person), with a bus departing every 2 minutes.
