Introduction

UCCA is a contemporary art center founded by Guy and Mylene Ullens in 2007, which has developed into the UCCA group. With the concept of "art improves life", the organization presents rich art exhibitions, public projects and research plans for over a million visitors every year. Located in the 798 Art Zone of Beijing, UCCA has the certification of a fine arts museum from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and collaborates with leading international art institutions to showcase the works of domestic and foreign artists and related public projects. Other entities under the UCCA group include the UCCA Children's Art Center, which provides art education for children, the UCCA Shop, which sells artist and exhibition merchandise, and the UCCA Lab, which explores the diverse collaboration between art and brands. As a leading independent art institution in China, the UCCA group's operating model is an active exploration of the best operational practices for contemporary art institutions in China, with the aim of creating a sustainable modern art institution.
